Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we request a 24-hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment during that time slot.
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates can be personalized with names and/or a message, so call us to learn about the options. Consider them for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, special occasions, or just to say you care. Give someone the gift of good health and pain relief today.
No Shows
If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, it will be considered a “no show” and you may be charged with the ”missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, if you arrive late, you will be responsible for the “full” session, regardless of the length of treatment actually given. Please plan accordingly and be on time.
